Introduction
We have been working closely with Redditch Borough Council with the land having been allocated for residential development in the Redditch Local Plan and with Stratford-on-Avon District Council to deliver an element of the proposals through their emerging Site Allocations Plan.
Morris Homes and Homes England are excited to be progressing this full planning application for 236 new homes.
