The site is proposed to take access / egress from Far Moor Lane.
The impact of the development of this site for residential purpose was considered cumulatively with all other developments proposed in the Local Plans through the strategic highway assessments.
Further consideration of the cumulative impact of the employment to the north will be fully considered.
A Transport Assessment has been prepared to accompany the proposed application which concludes that the forecast traffic generation will not have a material impact on the existing local road network, neither will existing highway safety conditions in the local area be affected. The Transport Assessment demonstrates that the existing highway infrastructure has more than sufficient capacity for the proposed development, having been designed to accommodate for future development prior to its construction
